You may only connect, locate or monitor another person when you have lawful authority and appropriate consent to do so.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, monitor a person without lawful authorization, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed under the applicable store's terms.
7. Availability and Compatibility
Features can depend on device compatibility, operating-system permissions, battery level, network access, regional availability and third-party services.

IMOK and its software, design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
